STRENGTHENING FAMILIES FACILITATOR TRAINING

The Prevention Council is authorized to provide a two-day training for localities in New York State who want to offer Strengthening Families 10-14 in their communities. The Iowa Strengthening Families program encourages parents and youth to focus on improving family communication, avoiding drug and alcohol problems, and preparing for the teen years.
