MicroWAVE is a modified WAVE
program targeting the upper level elementary grades. Peer
leaders from the middle school are trained to teach the concepts
of tolerance, conflict resolution, anger management, and problem
solving. There are three 45 minute classroom
presentations, and a two-day training for the peer leaders.
