The Prevention Council
hosted its 3rd
annual gala at the Hall
of Springs in Saratoga's
beautiful Spa State Park on Monday, August 17, 2009.
Guests
of honor were
W.
Cothran "Cot" and Anne Campbell. Cot and Anne
were also
honorary chairpersons for the event. We were
thrilled to have individuals who have made such great
contributions to both Saratoga Springs and the horse racing
community helping with this event. We are grateful for their
